# Zhiyong Parcel Tracking — service and agent guide Last reviewed: 2026-10-11 ## What this service does Zhiyong Parcel Tracking is a web and Model Context Protocol (MCP) service that looks up package delivery progress by tracking or waybill number. Its product scope is general parcel tracking. Carrier availability is narrower today: only UniUni is currently supported; other providers are planned but are not available yet. Do not describe this service as supporting 17TRACK, GOFO, eMile, Canada Post, FedEx, or any other carrier unless coverage is explicitly added and announced. ## Human-facing lookup - English page: https://delivery.zhiyong.dev/ - Chinese page: https://delivery.zhiyong.dev/zh/ - Enter a tracking number in the page form and submit the lookup. - Results may include the normalized latest status, estimated delivery when the carrier supplies one, scan history, carrier-local event times, and approximate city or region. - Event times follow the carrier's official local-time display. Estimates may change and are not delivery guarantees. - Detailed street addresses, coordinates, staff details, internal warehouse operations, internal identifiers, and raw carrier responses are excluded from returned results. ## MCP interface - Transport: Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC over HTTPS. - Endpoint: https://delivery.zhiyong.dev/mcp - Tool: `track_parcel` - Required argument: `tracking_number` (string; 5–64 letters, digits, or hyphens). - Optional argument: `language` (`en` or `zh`; defaults to `en`). - Call the tool with a tracking/waybill number. The returned structured object includes `found`, `outcome`, and, when available, `status`, `status_kind`, `estimated_delivery`, and `events`. - Current carrier coverage is UniUni only. A general tool name does not imply automatic support for every carrier. - The endpoint is public and rate limited. Do not send unrelated personal information in tool arguments. ## Privacy and operational limits To operate the service and prevent abuse, each web or MCP lookup records submitted parameters (including the tracking number), the privacy-filtered result, source IP, country when available, user-agent/client identifier, channel/tool, outcome, duration, cache status, and timestamp. Records are restricted to service administrators and retained for up to 30 days, capped at the latest 1,000 lookups. The carrier's raw response is not persisted; normalized cache entries are memory-only and short-lived. Integrators must disclose this logging to end users before querying on their behalf. IP and user-agent describe network/software context, not verified identity. ## Reference pages - Public English lookup: https://delivery.zhiyong.dev/ - 公共中文查询页: https://delivery.zhiyong.dev/zh/ - Privacy notice: https://delivery.zhiyong.dev/privacy
