Parcel tracking questions

Which carriers can I track?

The service currently supports UniUni only. The product is designed as general parcel tracking, and additional carrier integrations are planned but are not available yet.

What information does a tracking lookup show?

When the carrier provides it, results include the latest delivery status, estimated delivery date, scan history and an approximate city or region. Street addresses, coordinates, staff details and internal identifiers are filtered out.

Which time zone is used for tracking events?

Event times follow the carrier's official local-time display. Estimated delivery is shown only when the carrier supplies it and may change.

Can an AI agent use parcel tracking?

Yes. The Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint exposes the track_parcel tool. It accepts a tracking number and optional response language; the current carrier coverage remains UniUni.

What data is logged?

For operations and abuse prevention, lookup parameters, the filtered result, source IP, available country, client identifier, outcome and timestamp are retained for up to 30 days or 1,000 records, whichever limit comes first. The raw carrier response is not persisted.

Connect an AI assistant

A general parcel-tracking MCP interface, currently supporting UniUni, with more carriers planned. Look up delivery status, estimated delivery and scan history by tracking number. Integrators should disclose the same audit logging.

Send JSON-RPC requests to the Streamable HTTP endpoint and call track_parcel with tracking_number and optional language (en or zh).
